First on the list would be the rich and strong flavour of Fine de Claire which presents a taste of the ocean with Peter Pan offering you a more refined and sweet taste while La Boudeuse promises fleshy, succulent oysters packed with an extra oomph.
The Caviar Trilogy
Caviar is one of the most luxurious gourmet items in the world that pretty much spells luxury when paired with accoutrements like champagne and oyster. Be treated to a sampling session of a caviar trilogy; where three different caviars of different quality and texture are served. Experience the little individual gelatin orbs bursting in the mouth with an audible pop, releasing mildly salted and buttery richness and a distinctive flavour that rushes up the nasal cavity.
Forman & Son Smoked Scottish Salmon
Here at the Lobby Lounge, the finest Scottish smoked salmon fillet from one of British oldest artisan salmon smokehouse H. Forman & Son, can be savoured. Using only premium salmon, the fillet obtained is slightly smoldered with the right amount of oak smoke. As recommended by the Director of Operations F&B Nikolaos, the smoked salmon served with crème fraîche and caper is simply heavenly! Not only does it melt in your mouth but also brings out the best flavour of H. Forman & Son’s artisanal smoked salmon.
