A picture perfect dish, guests sampling the Steamed Mummy Sausage Buns (HK$59 for 2 pieces) and Green Tea Boiled Egg with Dragon’s Beard Candy (HK$49 for 1 pc) will surely let their cameras take the first bite.

About YUM CHA’s Culinary Team
Chef Winson Yip has a strong passion for dim sums which stem from his family’s long standing culinary background. The young chef has an extensive experience of over 10 years in the hospitality industry, and has helmed YUM CHA’s opening culinary team since its assembly, reinterpreting traditional dim sums with his sensational Hot Custard Molten Buns and Spicy Minced Pork & Shrimp with Assorted Vegetable Buns.
Chef KC Mak has over 28 years of experience in Chinese cuisine, and was the head chef of several renowned five-star hotels in the region, injecting pan-Asian elements into his impeccable culinary creations.
