On September 20, 2018, Michelin Guide Shanghai 2019 unveiled its new list, with Si Ji Xuan Chinese Restaurant receiving a Michelin 2019 Plate designation. This is the third consecutive year that Si Ji Xuan received such recognition from Michelin Guide Shanghai, since its first version in 2017.

The elegant and classic decoration, eye catching aquarium and artwork create a relaxing dining atmosphere. The Hotel's florist decorates the restaurant with daily fresh flowers that give a comfortable and pleasant environment. The menu is prepared by Shanghai born and raised Chef Wayne Wang and his team.  Si Ji Xuan, located inside Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai, offers authentic Shanghai food as well as Cantonese dishes.

The service team is managed by Sunny Sun, who has been working with Si Ji Xuan for 16 years, since it opened in 2002. Sunny and her team treated each guest as family and friends. Personalised service and attention to detail are the secrets behind creating unforgettable dining experiences at Si Ji Xuan.

As the golden autumn is coming, Si Ji Xuan has crafted an exceptional new menu for its guests. From menu design, ingredient selection, menu tasting and finally presentation on the table, it takes more than six months to prepare.  Those carefully created delicacies will bring guests an incomparable culinary journey for their taste buds.
