Following the first round of irresistible deals, the hotel is excited to unveil exclusive menus from two celebrated restaurants, Grissini and One Harbour Road. Chef de Cuisine Valerio Mandile and Executive Chinese Chef Chan Hon Cheong have crafted a special selection of dishes to celebrate the hotel’s anniversary, showcasing some of their most beloved culinary creations from over the years from now to 30 November.
Grissini
Grissini has been recognized as Hong Kong’s premier Italian dining institution since its opening at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in 1989.
Under the leadership of Chef de Cuisine Valerio Mandile, the celebratory menu features an exquisite selection of premium ingredients sourced from across Italy. Highlights include creamy burrata from Andria, giant Amalfi lemons, and 24-month-aged Culatello ham from Zibello. Chef Valerio also incorporates seasonal elements, such as homemade egg tagliolini with Alba white truffle, showcasing his fresh and creative approach to traditional Italian cuisine. He emphasizes the beauty of simplicity, showcasing the deliciousness of premium ingredients in every dish.
This exclusive menu is available from now to 30 November during dinner at a price of HK$1,350 per person, with an add-on wine pairing option at HK$350 per person.
One Harbour Road
On the other side, Executive Chef Chan Hon Cheong invites One Harbour Road enthusiasts to embark on a nostalgic journey, savouring some of the most cherished dishes from previous years while celebrating the seasonality of fresh ingredients in a 7-course celebratory menu.
Highlights of this all-time favourite menu include crispy black mushrooms drizzled with osmanthus honey sauce and double-boiled Hawaiian papaya soup infused with papaya, the “Longevity Fruit”, that symbolizes birthday celebration and blessings in Cantonese. Guests will also enjoy seasonal offerings such as steamed pork dumplings with hairy crab meat and roe, braised South African dried abalone served in a deep-fried taro basket with hairy crab roe sauce, and more.
