Assorted premium raw fish combination. A high-end sashimi dragon boat is presented, including offerings such as Chutoro tuna belly, Ohtoro tuna belly, shrimp sashimi and fish roe. The assortment of sashimi were very tender and flavourful. 

Manguro No Anchovy
Bluefin tuna, anchovy and caviar. Bluefin tuna with caviar and fish roe, delicious and visually appealing. 

Urokoyaki-Pan-seared grouperEngawa Temaki

Urokoyaki
Pan-seared grouper with ginger and spring onion. The Pan-fried grouper was a pleasant surprise, served with fried crispy shredded ginger and seasoned onion. The crispy fish skin along with the freshness of its tender meat makes each mouthful full of flavour.

Engawa Temaki
Hand roll with flat’s tailfin muscle, caviar, rice and salmon roe. The temaki has a layered taste as it is served with caviar and salmon roe.

Japanese egg custard topped with foie grass, sea urchin, caviar and Chef’s signature sauce. HAKU chawan mushi with foie grass, sea urchin, caviar and chef’s signature sauce. Flavourful!

Grilled top grad Japanese Wagyu beef, served with potato & asparagus. Miyazaki ‘s A5 Wagyu, every bite is a taste of happiness.

Anchovy Sofrito PastaMizu Mochi

Anchovy Sofrito Pasta
Pasta with chilli flakes, anchovy, garlic, olive and broccoli. The texture of the pasta is cooked to perfection, with each strand of noodle evenly coated in sauce. Less is more!

Mizu Mochi
Raindrop cake served with brown sugar syrup & soy bean powder. The dinner ended on a sweet note with mizu mochi, \served with brown sugar and soy bean.
