A beautiful 14th century fort, originally owned by the Rajasthani Royal Family, has been preserved and converted into Six Senses Fort Barwara Hotel and is set to open on September 2021.
The significant conservation effort incorporates a palace and two temples within the walled fort. It houses two restaurants, a bar and lounge, Six Senses Spa, two swimming pools and 48 suites within the site’s original walls. The gracious and regal ambience will bring guests back to a bygone era dating back 700 years.
The hotel situated in a strategic location, offers a resting point during a busy touring itinerary of Rajasthan. Furthermore, it is within easy striking distance of Ranthambore National Park for those looking to take a walk on the wild side with the local tiger population.
