International leading airport service provider, Plaza Premium Group (PPG) has embarked a new business transformation strategy based on the evolving needs and behaviours of the new normal travel market.
Key areas of its travel demand strategies include: reassessing PPG’s value proposition, an end-to-end airport hospitality experience, reshaping distribution through strategic partnership, level up information and technology-driven decision making and strengthening the direct-to-consumer approach.
This year, PPG has also extended lounge expertise beyond airports, with the recent opening of the brand’s first high-speed railway lounge in Changsha, China.
PPG Fouder & CEO Song Hoi See shared, PPG aims to build a bigger, global network via consolidation and alliances with industry players, positing PPG at the 100 busiest airports worldwide. By 2024/25, PPG aims to grow from around 180 lounges to over 500 through both Plaza Premium Lounge and affiliate lounge networks.
