Shopping Concierge at Marina Bay Sands

Located at the heart of the Central Business District, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands houses more than 170 luxury and premium brands within its extensive area of approximately 800,000 square feet.  

Under the rays of natural sunlight shining through the passage way of the mall, customers can have a pleasant and refreshing shopping experience with a variety of international luxury brands, emerging labels and new concepts.

This iconic mall has the largest collection of duplexes in Asia today, inclusive of Louis Vuitton “Island Maison”; the first of its kind in the world, housed in the Crystal Pavilion (North).

As the recipient of the “Best Shopping Mall Experience” at the Singapore Tourism Awards 2019 by the Singapore Tourism Board, The Shoppes offer a by-appointment only Shopping Concierge service for customized shopping experiences.

The Shopping Concierge experience is available for booking at S$250 per session (maximum of 3-hours) via MarinaBaySands/ShoppingConcierge. Guests will receive an acknowledgment email within 3 working days to confirm the availability of their selected date and time.

This exclusive service enables guests to enjoy a first-hand access to the newest collections and Shoppes-exclusive pieces debuting in Southeast Asia. Additionally, guests will also be offered a TWG Tea Boutique Experience and complimentary Fragrance Profiling Service by Penhaligon’s upon request.

This mall is the only one in Singapore which opens its doors until 11pm and until 11:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as on the eve of public holidays.
